Jason Belland, Higher Education Executive in Residence at Attain Partners, will take the stage in Tokyo alongside Dr. Jodie Penrod, CIO of Marshall University, to share perspectives on global higher education trends and institutional transformation.
Jason will highlight best practices from his work with Attain Partners’ clients and 20+ years working in higher education, and share insights from his recent blog, Salesforce Higher Ed Report 2025, where he identified three key areas supporting student success and lifelong learning:
- Human-Centered Learner Experiences
- Values-Driven AI
- Career Readiness as a New Alumni Strategy
Attendees will also hear from Courtney Brecheen, Senior Associate Dean at UT Dallas, on how UT Dallas is advancing transformation on Education Cloud through intentional change management and cross-functional collaboration.
Dr. Penrod and Dr. Brecheen will discuss their visions and strategies for the student experience, the technical foundation driving those visions, and the critical work of the IT and Academic leaders collaborating to align strategy and change management to drive organizational adoption.
Both institutional leaders will highlight their journey leveraging Salesforce Education Cloud to enhance the student experience, including a preview of their vision to scale impact with Agentforce, Salesforce’s autonomous AI, to further enrich the student and employee experience.
