Job Description
We’re looking for a curious and adaptable AI Consultant who enjoys solving problems and experimenting with AI tools. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working with emerging technologies and prototyping solutions using platforms like ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot Studio. You will be a key member of the Innovation team. You don’t need to be a machine learning expert, just someone who can proactively explore, learn, and build.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with teams to identify opportunities for technology and AI to improve business processes.
- Prototype and test solutions using tools like ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Explore and apply emerging technologies to solve real-world challenges.
- Translate technical possibilities into practical outcomes for stakeholders.
- Stay informed about trends in AI, automation, and digital innovation.
- Support planning and strategy efforts with a technology-forward mindset.
Required Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in technology consulting or innovation-focused roles.
- Comfortable experimenting with new platforms and tools.
- Some programming experience (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or similar).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and work in ambiguous environments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Desired Skills
- Experience building agents with ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot Studio, or similar platforms.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Prior consulting or client-facing experience.
- Interest in responsible innovation and ethical technology use.

Attain Partners is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Individual base salary for this position is unique to each candidate and will be commensurate with experience, education, and skills, ranging from $70,000 - $100,000. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
