Alanna Steffens is a Managing Director with Attain Partners. She serves as the Salesforce Implementation Capability Lead for Attain Digital, providing customer relationship management (CRM) solutions to higher education and nonprofit clients. With over 15 years of information technology experience ranging from software engineering to enterprise CRM deployments, Alanna’s ability to bridge technical solutions with key business functions has contributed to hundreds of successful client engagements.
Alanna holds a degree in Technology Management, Information Systems and Services from the University of Maryland Global Campus with a BSBA, Information Systems from DeVry University. She has seven Salesforce certifications and participates in Attain Partners’ coaching and mentoring program.
