Philip (Phil) Agee is President and Chief Operating Officer at Attain Partners. Phil brings nearly 20 years of experience growing and building diverse and inclusive teams, as well as leading large, regionally dispersed, and complex engagements. He possesses deep domain knowledge and capabilities that range from strategic planning to IT services and solutions.
A proven leader with demonstrated success, Phil has grown businesses rooted in our core values and which deliver on our mission to provide market-leading results. A former Partner and Board Member of Attain, Phil transitioned to Maximus as a Senior Vice President running the Energy and Environmental practice. Earlier in his career, he served as a senior consultant at BearingPoint and led operations for a large business unit at SRA International.
With a passion for innovation and community service, Phil is active in his local entrepreneurship community having built multiple go-to-market strategies for early-stage software startups in the Raleigh/Durham area. Additionally, he volunteers his time and resources to the local chapters of the American Heart Association and Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
Phil holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The College of William and Mary and an MBA from The George Washington University. He is a recipient of the AFCEA Bethesda InnovateIT Award, Emerging Industry Leader and a former NCAA Division I Decathlete.
