Virginia Berkenkotter is a Managing Director at Attain Partners, where she leads the Traditional Higher Education Lifecycle team within the Salesforce Implementation Capability. In this role, she oversees Salesforce implementations across the higher education lifecycle, including Recruiting and Admissions, Student Success, Alumni Affairs, and Advancement.

Virginia brings more than 25 years of management consulting experience focused on improving operational effectiveness through scalable solutions. Her ability to build and develop high‑performing teams grounded in collaboration and accountability has driven consistent, successful client implementations.

Virginia holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Kansas, where she studied organizational communication.
