Dreamforce is right around the corner, and whether you’re excited, nervous, or already feeling tired just thinking about the crowds, it’s one of the most energizing weeks of the year for nonprofit leaders thinking about technology and transformation. A quick tip before you even get to San Francisco: pack your most comfortable shoes, and have a plan for what you want to attend. You can’t see it all, but with a little forethought, you can build an agenda that fuels ideas and accelerates your organization’s digital journey.

  • Engage with peers, partners, and experts
    Dreamforce is about community. Make time for meetups, nonprofit lounge events, and roundtables where you can share challenges and solutions with peers and build relationships that last long after the conference ends.
  • Strategize transformation, not just implementation
    Look for sessions that speak to the big picture: how Salesforce can underpin everything from program operations and outcomes measurement to volunteer engagement and donor stewardship.

She holds a Master’s Degree in Education from Pace University and an undergraduate degree from Saint Elizabeth University. Her background includes teaching K-4 Special Education as a New York City Teaching Fellow, coaching high school boys’ basketball as an AmeriCorps Volunteer, and earning certification in Prenatal and Children’s Yoga Instruction. Steph resides in New Jersey with her husband and two children and currently serves on the Board of Fairview Lake YMCA.
