Session #2 – The Human Judgement Gap: Leading and Working in the AI Era

AI doesn’t replace human judgment—it reveals where it was missing. This session explores what happens at every level of an organization when AI outpaces the people and structures meant to guide it: for executives, vendor-set strategy, illiterate boards, and adoption outrunning governance; for practitioners, generic outreach, unquestioned insights, and quiet AI sycophancy—the same failure mode at different altitudes. Drawing on new research on human judgment in AI, we’ll work through where AI should automate, assist, recommend, or lead entirely—a framework that scales from institutional policy to a single AI-drafted paragraph.
