We will explore opportunities to maximize and increase cost recoveries given past tweaks to the Uniform Guidance (2 CFR Part 200) through a practical overview of the recent revisions, which govern federal assistance award administration for recipients. Will past changes and what the news is on the street about future changes allow for different costing practices? What will this mean for documentation, policies/procedures, and audits?

Communicating the right message to our Executive Leadership is of utmost importance, and gaining their trust, we are preparing for change is critical – what are our ideas on the messaging, presentation of financial impacts, and such? This session goes beyond the high-level summaries we have heard – it’s designed to help you answer the critical questions.
