Creating Inclusive Documentation
Wednesday, Oct. 16 | 10a – 10:40a | Dartmouth
The goal of documentation, from user guides to technical documentation, is to make life easier for users and admins after an implementation or technical work is complete. Good documentation eases big transitions and allows quick and effective onboarding of new users. You can’t achieve any of these goals unless your documentation is findable, usable, and helpful to the target audience. We’ll discuss how Inclusive Thinking can guide the process of creating and organizing documentation and improve the experience for all its future readers.

Is it time to consider migrating from Nonprofit Success Pack to Nonprofit Cloud?
Wednesday, Oct. 16 | 3p – 3:20p | Dartmouth
Until recently, nonprofits only had one real choice for managing fundraising on Salesforce, the Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP). If you’re one of the tens of thousands of organizations using NPSP, Salesforce’s recent release of the new Nonprofit Cloud is probably raising questions. What’s happening to NPSP? Do you need to migrate? If so, do you need to migrate now?
This session will be a focused, strategic conversation for nonprofit leaders, admins, and decision-makers that cuts through the sea of marketing to help you ensure your long-term goals align with the new product landscape.
