Data Quality Assessment

With our Premium plan, we’ll evaluate your current use of Salesforce, checking for completeness and duplication. You’ll get a data quality score with recommendations for improving your data health.

Availability

The AttainPlus team is available to support your needs Monday–Friday, 9:00a–5:00p ET. Our average response time is less than two hours.

Support Request Management

  • Resources at your organization will be named.
  • Managed Service Consultant triages issues and provides a resolution path. Issues are triaged for complexity, functional, and technology areas.
  • Issues are t-shirt sized and assigned to the appropriate resource.
  • Based on complexity and severity, immediate escalation may be required.
  • All communication is handled by the Managed Service Consultant and provided as needed depending on the level of severity of the issue.
