In part one of our AttainPlus Client Success Series, we explored our work with the Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco, where our AttainPlus team acted as their Salesforce Administrator, restoring trust and confidence in the system’s data and supporting ongoing systems maintenance and updates. In part two, we detailed how AttainPlus helped Johns Hopkins University maximize its data insights and reporting capabilities.
In the third installment of the AttainPlus Client Success Series, we’re sharing how we helped Music Will (formerly Little Kids Rock) bridge the gap in its workforce below.

Bridging the Gap for Music Will
When Music Will (formerly Little Kids Rock) found themselves without an in-house Salesforce Administrator, they engaged with AttainPlus Managed Services to bridge the gap in their workforce—to maintain and improve their Salesforce instance during the interim of hiring a new administrator. As early adopters of the Salesforce system, Music Will has made substantial investments into this technology solution, utilizing it for fundraising, training, and student engagement in service of their mission to restore, expand, and innovate music education in schools.
“Because of their status as being one of the first adopters, [Music Will] has a huge love of Salesforce and a lot of investment over their time with it. They are in a time of growth and innovation and looking to really maximize their Salesforce investment, so [Music Will] engaged with AttainPlus to assist them in reaching their very lofty goal to be a Salesforce leader in the nonprofit sector. We build a trusted relationship with our clients, enabling us to get to the root of what they really need and what they are ultimately trying to accomplish—we help them uncover the ‘why,’ so that we can assist them in getting the most out of their technology.”
— Marley Cunningham, Specialist Leader, Attain Partners
Music Will was looking to accomplish many of their Salesforce goals to expand their use of the system across many areas, such as streamlining donor stewardship and simplifying programming interactions, to have a greater impact across the country. Our Salesforce experts worked with the Music Will team to capture the full vision while ensuring their goals were manageable, sustainable, and would be easily maintained by a future Salesforce administrator. We worked to improve their use of the system by sharing best practices and enhanced their reporting to better extract insights, ensuring their fundraising was fully aligned with their programs.
After working with AttainPlus Managed Services, Music Will was equipped with a robust Salesforce reporting system—showing real-time teacher impacts to share with donors, empowering their fundraising efforts. Additionally, the organization’s programming interactions were streamlined across the country, updating student engagement processes, simplifying teacher training enrollment, and enabling teacher participation in fundraising campaigns.
