Breakout (Practice): Developing an Organizational AI Framework

As organizations adapt to AI, top-down efforts to impose policies often fail. At the same time, employees may individually employ a diverse range of tools without a coherent approach to capacity building or operational, legal, and reputational risks. As a creative industry, theatre workers are also at the center of ethical conflict around the use of generative AI. This session will help participants develop frameworks for AI at their own organizations that best align with their mission, values, and business model.
