Courtney Swaney serves as a Principal in the Attain Research practice of Attain Partners. Courtney is an experienced research administrator with close to 20 years in research administration in Higher Education. In her role, she is responsible for managing the delivery of interim staffing services. She specializes in the management of sponsored projects teams, pre-award administration, policy development, strategic planning, and electronic research administration (eRA).
Courtney is a Certified Research Administrator and holds a Masters in Public Administration from Texas State University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin.
