Nadia Kikilo serves as a Principal in the Attain Research practice of Attain Partners. Nadia has been serving the higher education, nonprofit, and academic medical center communities for over 20 years. Nadia manages and participates in high-profile grant management and reconciliation projects at large research institutions.
Nadia is a Certified Financial Administrator. Her specific areas of expertise include a deep knowledge of all federal sponsor payment systems, federal reporting and draw discrepancy resolution, aged AR research and collection, and expert communication skills with all sponsored award stakeholders. Nadia has extensive experience with several ERPs; specifically, a deep knowledge in PeopleSoft used by a number of Attain Partners’ clients.
Nadia holds a Masters in Business Administration, a Masters in Business Technologies, and a Bachelors in Finance degrees from Marymount University.
