Ryan Hartley serves as Managing Director, Data Services and Analytics at Attain Partners. With over 15 years of experience in data integration, master data management (MDM), data quality, governance, and advisory services, Ryan brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of transforming data into a strategic asset. In his role, Ryan leads the development and delivery of Attain Partners’ Data Services practice, delivering innovative and scalable solutions to empower clients to unlock the full potential of their data for operational excellence and strategic growth.
Prior to joining Attain Partners, Ryan held leadership roles at Huron Consulting Group and AIMDATA, where he oversaw large-scale technology initiatives focused on CRM, MDM, and data governance. His expertise spans diverse industries—including higher education, healthcare, retail, and manufacturing—where he has consistently aligned technology strategies with business objectives to deliver measurable results. Ryan has also served as a Product Advisory Member at Boomi, contributing to shaping product roadmaps and driving innovation in data integration platforms.
Ryan holds certifications in Informatica MDM, Dell Boomi, and Reltio Cloud MDM, reflecting his commitment to staying at the forefront of the data services field. A thought leader and collaborator, Ryan is dedicated to empowering organizations to leverage data for transformative outcomes while fostering innovation and integrity in every engagement.
Ryan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from Ohio University.
