Shannon Benson is the Director of Human Resources at Attain Partners. She is responsible for overseeing and managing all functional areas within Human Resources including benefit and compensation management, employee engagement initiatives, diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) programs, and more. Shannon’s focus is to provide the best support, guidance, and engagement for Attain Partners employees.
Shannon is a Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certified under HRCI. She comes to Attain Partners with almost 20 years of human resources experience, specializing in both the nonprofit and private sectors. She has deep experience providing guidance on strategic planning, high-level project implementation, DEIB training and education, organization management, and HR and management consultation.
Shannon holds a Master of Arts in Education and Human Development, Higher Education Administration from The George Washington University, and a Bachelor of Science degree from Bucknell University.
