Insights from Dreamin’ In Color 2024
On June 19, 2024, Attain Partners proudly sponsored the 2024 Dreamin’ In Color conference in New Orleans, LA. This event, which began on Juneteenth, highlighted the holiday’s celebration of freedom and underscored the conference’s mission to empower and uplift Black professionals. Held in a city known for its vibrant Black history and culture, Dreamin’ In Color provided an inspiring backdrop for advancing the careers of Black, Latinx, and Hispanic professionals and people of color within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Dreamin’ In Color was a wonderful experience. The sessions were spot on, catering to everything from networking to skill development within Salesforce. It was amazing meeting, and reconnecting with, so many talented Black professionals.
The Second Line at the welcome cookout was amazing—as my first time witnessing a second line, it deeply moved me and really highlighted the rich culture of New Orleans. This conference solidified for me that there’s a lot of diverse talent out there, and we need to keep creating spaces like Dreamin’ In Color to connect and grow. The energy was incredible, and I left feeling inspired and even more passionate about our IDEA Program.
