It started with an idea built on The Attain Way—to boldly be the best, to obsess externally, and to always have absolute integrity.
At Attain Partners, we don’t just champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB)—we live it! We celebrate our employees’ unique experiences, perspectives, and viewpoints which enable us to create and deliver the best service to our diverse clients.
Our expert team leads change, innovation, and growth with our clients every day, but it all starts right here in our own organization. The Attain Partners community—244 employees and growing—is proud to be an employer of choice, leading the way with our very own DEIB initiative.
The new program, called IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Allyship), was developed to help us cultivate a stronger sense of community and belonging within our own team and to support a company culture that celebrates diversity, and inclusion. As we launch, we are building internal support and resources to lead the way in what a successful and sustainable DEIB program truly should be.
We have successfully recruited and appointed our own employees to head our five new Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to help build community among people with shared identities and experiences. These leaders are currently undergoing training in unconscious bias, microaggressions, bystander intervention, and small group facilitation to help foster a greater sense of belonging at Attain Partners.
Attain Partners is also running our 2023 Employee Engagement Survey to better understand the needs of our employees and identify opportunities to build upon our current programs. Dedicated to improving the communities in which we live and work, we continually invest in our own community so that each Attain Partners employee and intern feels safe, heard, respected, and happy at work.
As our leadership team puts the finishing touches on our new IDEA program, we are proud to have team members on-site at the second annual Dreamin’ in Color conference for Black Salesforce professionals in Raleigh, North Carolina. As sponsors of the Inspiration Lounge, we are just as excited to learn from the community as we are to share job opportunities and recruit incredible new talent.
At Attain Partners, we actively acknowledge and appreciate the importance of creating an environment in which all team members feel valued, included, and empowered to do great work and share ideas.
