Harvard Division of Continuing Education and Attain Partners will walk attendees through their recent project dedicated to improving faculty experiences and creating more efficient internal processes. The solution, built in Experience and Service Clouds, helps faculty and staff scale to submit, select, and contract for new and differentiated courses demanded by today’s learner.
