Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Integration Lead to drive end-to-end integration strategy and execution across enterprise systems using MuleSoft and Boomi. The ideal candidate will serve as the technical and strategic lead for integration initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, architects, and developers. This role involves solution design, hands-on development, mentoring junior staff, and leading complex integration efforts across cloud and on-prem environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design and implementation of API-led connectivity using MuleSoft and Boomi.
- Build integration using MuleSoft and Boomi.
- Architect scalable, reusable integration solutions for complex enterprise environments.
- Own the full lifecycle of integrations – from requirement gathering to deployment and monitoring.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align integration architecture with enterprise data strategy.
- Ensure governance, security, and performance standards are upheld in all integrations.
- Conduct code reviews, guide junior developers, and establish development best practices.
- Liaise with project managers and business analysts to translate requirements into technical deliverables.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of experience in system integration
- 5+ years hands-on with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
- 3+ years hands-on experience with Boomi (AtomSphere), including building and managing integrations and processes.
- Strong experience with API design, development, and management (REST, SOAP).
- Solid understanding of middleware concepts, event-driven architecture, and asynchronous messaging.
- Hands-on experience with CloudHub, Boomi Atoms, connectors, data mapping, and error handling.
- Strong knowledge of DataWeave, XML, JSON, and data transformation techniques.
- Lead Projects and deliver Integration Solutions.
- SQL SKILLS - 5+ Years
Desired Skills
- Experience with enterprise applications such as Salesforce, Workday, SAP, NetSuite, or ServiceNow.
- Familiarity with Java, Groovy, or scripting languages.
- Experience integrating with data warehouses, MDM systems, or analytics platforms.
- Understanding of data security, tokenization, and OAuth2/SAML authentication mechanisms.
- Exposure to Agile methodologies and experience working in sprint-based project teams.
- Leadership or mentoring experience in integration teams or CoEs (Center of Excellence).

Attain Partners is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Individual base salary for this position is unique to each candidate and will commensurate with experience, education, and skills, ranging between $125,000 - $150,000. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
