Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled MuleSoft Integration Architect to design, implement, and manage enterprise integration solutions using MuleSoft's Anypoint Platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, proven experience in integration architecture, and a passion for delivering seamless and efficient data flows across systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure business requirements are translated into scalable, maintainable, and secure integration solutions.
Job Responsibilities
- Architecture Design & Strategy
- Define and implement integration architecture best practices using MuleSoft.
- Design scalable, reliable, and high-performance APIs and integrations.
- Provide expertise in API-led connectivity, microservices architecture, and event-driven integration.
- Solution Development
- Lead the development of complex integration flows using MuleSoft Anypoint Studio and other related tools.
- Configure connectors, components, and other MuleSoft features to enable seamless data integration across applications and platforms.
- Develop reusable assets, components, frameworks, and documentation to accelerate project delivery.
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and developers to understand integration requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business goals.
- Provide technical guidance to project teams, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and best practices.
- Performance Optimization
- Monitor and optimize integration performance, ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, minimizing system downtime and disruption.
- Governance & Standards
- Establish integration governance processes, including API lifecycle management, versioning, and documentation.
- Ensure security standards and policies are applied to all integration solutions.
- Team Leadership
- Mentor and coach developers on MuleSoft development best practices.
- Lead technical workshops and provide thought leadership in integration technologies.
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in integration architecture and design.
- Extensive hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including API Manager, Runtime Manager, and Anypoint Studio.
- Strong knowledge of API-led connectivity, REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML.
- Experience with cloud-based platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Proficient in designing and implementing scalable, high-availability integrations.
- Strong understanding of enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, HRIS, data warehouses) and integration use cases.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems like Git.
- Strong understanding of data transformation, mapping, and integration patterns.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills
- MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect certification.
- Experience with Salesforce, Workday, SAP, or Oracle integrations.
- Knowledge of iPaaS solutions and other middleware platforms.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Experience in designing integrations using event-driven architectures and messaging queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).

Attain Partners is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Individual base salary for this position is unique to each candidate and will be commensurate with experience, education, and skills, ranging from $130,000 - $175,000. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
