We are looking for a Workday Financial & Grants Lead to join our team to provide top level business services for our Higher Education clients. You will be a key player in delivering cutting edge Workday Finance and Grants solutions for universities by replacing their legacy Finance systems. The professional will have the opportunity to interface with high level leaders across the organization. Job Responsibilities
- Operate as the client Financial Systems lead for a Workday ERP implementation project.
- 3+ years of Workday Financials consulting experience, most recently in a Sr. Consultant or Lead role
- In lieu of Workday, lead role in the implementation of PeopleSoft Financials.
- Demonstrated ability to manage project scope and client expectations
- Demonstrated follow-through on assignments and issue resolution
- Engage with all project stakeholders to build teamwork and develop trust and confidence
- Produce quality deliverables that need little refinement or oversight
- Possess clear and effective communication skills
- Co-lead all tasks from planning, fit-gap analysis, from planning, through to design test and delivery of business and technical solutions related to Grants Management
- Serve as the Workday reporting and Workday Security SME and Primary Point of Contact between client project team and implementation partner.
Required Experience
- 4+ years of Functional professional experience in FIN ERP systems.
- Proven skills to implement Grants Management component:
- FIN: Grants Management, Effort Certification, Financial Management, FDM
- HCM: Core HCM
Preferred Experience
- Senior Consultant skills: Self-motivated, customer-focused professional.
- Demonstrated ability to gather and track all reporting and security requirements and manage project scope and client expectations
- Demonstrated follow-through on assignments and issue resolution
- Engage with all project stakeholders to build teamwork and develop trust and confidence
- Produce quality deliverables that need little refinement or oversight
- Possess clear and effective communication skills.
- Ability to handle ambiguity, embrace change, and effectively manage a multitude of priorities (both long and short term).
- Strong analytic, problem solving and decision-making skills
- Innovative and a self-starter that takes initiative and meets critical deadlines. Exercises independent judgment and discretion in developing methods, techniques, and evaluation criterion for obtaining results. Natural tendency to validate data results to ensure accuracy in reports

Attain Partners is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Individual base salary for this position is unique to each candidate and will commensurate with experience, education, and skills, ranging between $160,000 - $190,000. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
