Partner and Attain Digital Lead, Attain Partners
We sat down with Chad to learn about why he chose Attain Partners and hear about the expertise he brings to his role.
AP: How have you seen Workday benefit higher education institutions?
Chad Borton (CB): In the past, higher education institutions had sown together disparate systems to service the university and students—Workday puts those systems on one platform with a user-friendly interface maintained in the cloud. Workday’s streamlined platform allows universities to focus on strategic objectives rather than administrative challenges.
AP: What brought you to Attain Partners?
CB: I’ve always said that in looking for a job, find the best opportunity for you. At Attain Partners, I feel like I have the greatest ability to do something great. Reshma and I have had a long relationship, which also came with a lot of respect and trust. When she called and explained the role, and I met with the Attain Partners team, I was sold.
AP: Which of our seven core values speak to you the most?
CB: The value that speaks to me the most is “Be Bold.” There is a great opportunity to build on top of the great work Reshma has done in the ERP space, but to do that, we can’t be timid. Right now is the time to be bold!
AP: What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?
CB: The people. In my previous roles, I’ve had amazing teams of smart, innovative people. I enjoy coaching and mentoring them and just watching them grow in their careers. At the end of the day, for me, it’s rewarding to help other people be successful.
AP: What are you most looking forward to doing with Attain Partners?
CB: There is so much we can do, but, first, I just looking forward to meeting the team and hearing their perspectives. Then, taking the time to work with the team to build and grow the business with a focus on excellent client service.
