Reflecting on the company’s growth, Founder and CEO Greg Baroni shared, “What I notice, more than anything, is how each and every one of our team members goes above and beyond to Execute with Discipline to serve our clients, with the idea and the focus of creating a better world for their constituents, and thereby improving the communities in which we live and work.”
Team Attain Partners: Growing our talent
As a people-first organization, it’s only right we begin by highlighting how our talent flourished over the past year. In 2022, Attain Partners experienced incredible growth, with approximately 100 new team members hired—an increase of 84% from 2021.
Among our key hires were two strong additions to Attain Partners’ executive leadership team—Philip (Phil) Agee and Shannon Benson. Former Partner and Board Member of Attain, Phil Agee, was appointed as Attain Partners’ President and Chief Operating Officer (COO). A proven leader with demonstrated success, Phil brings nearly 20 years of experience growing and building diverse and inclusive teams. Shannon Benson also joined the team in 2022 as the Director of Human Resources at Attain Partners. Shannon brings two decades of experience providing human resources support, guidance, and engagement to the team. Together, Phil and Shannon bring a wealth of experience—their positive impact has already been felt throughout the organization, and we look forward to their continued leadership as we strive to Invent the Future.
