At Attain Partners, we’re continuing to invest in our Data Services and Analytics (DSA) team, and I’m excited about the experience and talent we’re bringing together.
Over the past year, we’ve focused on expanding our capabilities across four key areas:
- Advisory services
- Technology services
- Analytics services
- Data Storage services
As our clients take on larger data modernization efforts, we want to make sure we have the right people in place to help them succeed.
Data Services and Analytics
| Advisory Services | Technology Services | Analytics Services | Data Storage Services |
|---|---|---|---|
| Provide assessments and develop data strategies | Implement integrations and migration solutions for continued operations, AI optimization, and visibility | Transform data to deliver value and gain insight | Provide secure, scalable storage with clear governance and access controls |
| Data Strategy | Integration Solutions | Reporting / Dashboards | Data Lake Advisory |
| Data Advisory | Data Migrations | AI Machine Learning | Data Warehousing |
| Data Governance | Master Data Management |
A big part of that investment is bringing together professionals who understand both the technology and the challenges our clients face every day. Some have spent years working directly inside universities, while others bring consulting experience across a variety of industries. That mix of perspectives is what makes our team stronger.
We wanted to take a moment to highlight six members of our DSA team and share a little about the experience they bring to Attain Partners.
The People and Expertise Behind Our Growth

Brian White
Data Services Delivery Leadership
Brian brings more than 20 years of experience leading complex technology and data initiatives. Throughout his career, he’s worked with organizations on everything from enterprise data strategy and governance to large-scale system implementations and master data management.
Brian helps lead Attain Partners’ Technical Delivery Management efforts, working across our service areas to improve how we plan, manage, and deliver projects. Caitlin brings a strong background in higher education analytics and a passion for helping organizations make better use of their data. Before joining Attain Partners, she led the Data Analytics team at the University of Michigan Alumni Association, where she helped build out their analytics program, introduce predictive models, and develop reporting solutions that supported engagement and fundraising efforts.
Her experience includes AI, automation, data visualization, and advanced analytics. Caitlin brings an important perspective to our Analytics Services team because she’s been on the client side of these initiatives and understands what it takes to move from reports and dashboards to information that people can actually use.

Jessica Cheng
Data Migration and Salesforce Advancement Solutions
Jessica has spent much of her career helping higher education institutions tackle one of the more challenging parts of a CRM implementation: getting the data right. She brings experience from seven Kindsight ascend implementations, working with universities to migrate Advancement data from systems such as Ellucian Advance, Blackbaud CRM, Banner Advance, and Raiser’s Edge.
Jessica combines strong SQL and Salesforce technical skills with a detailed understanding of advancement data and how it needs to function in a new environment. As a leader in our Data Migration practice, she helps guide our teams through the mapping, transformation, testing, and validation work that is so important to a successful implementation.

Joseph Woosley
Business Intelligence and Reporting
Joseph brings more than 11 years of experience in analytics, reporting, and business intelligence, including extensive time supporting higher education at Liberty University. He’s worked with departments across finance, human resources, operations, and university leadership to develop reporting solutions that help people better understand their data. With a technical background in SQL, Tableau, data warehousing, and ETL development, Joseph knows how to bring information together from different systems and make it useful. His experience adds depth to our Analytics Services team as we continue helping clients improve their reporting capabilities and make more informed decisions.

Kelly Paquin
Advancement Data and Integration Strategy
Kelly is an important part of our Advancement Data Services team, serving as a subject matter expert for several of our large university clients, including R1 research institutions. She leads work across interim data solutions, data analysis, and integration strategy, helping universities work through the challenges that come with major advancement system transformations. Kelly works closely with both university stakeholders and our technical teams to understand how data needs to move, how it should be structured, and how institutions can continue operating while implementing new systems. Her combination of technical skills, advancement knowledge, and ability to work directly with clients makes her a valuable part of our growing Technology Services practice.

Gina Wegener
Advancement Data and CRM Transformation
Gina brings more than 15 years of experience in higher education advancement and CRM technology. Her background includes time with Ellucian, UC Innovation, the University of Denver, and the University of Colorado Foundation, giving her experience from both the university and technology consulting sides of the business. She’s worked extensively with Ellucian CRM Advance, CRM Advise, and Salesforce-based ascend, covering everything from gift processing and advancement operations to data migration and system implementations.
Gina understands how Advancement offices operate day to day, which is incredibly valuable when helping institutions transition to new technology. She brings that practical experience into our client engagements, connecting the technical work with the real business processes our clients rely on.
Continuing to Build for the Future
These six individuals are just a small part of the talented group we’re building within Data Services and Analytics at Attain Partners. As we continue to grow, we’re investing in individuals who bring different experiences, challenge how we approach problems, and help us strengthen the services we provide to our clients.
Whether we’re helping a university move to a new Advancement platform, developing an enterprise data strategy, building integrations, modernizing a data warehouse, or improving reporting and analytics, having the right expertise on the team makes a difference.
We’re also continuing to develop new offerings and expand our capabilities to support where our clients are headed, particularly as data readiness, AI, and automation become increasingly important to their technology strategies.
We are proud of the team we’re building and appreciate the experience, dedication, and energy each person brings to Attain Partners. As we continue to grow and scale, I look forward to sharing more about our team and the work we’re doing in the months ahead.
