From Applicant to Student: Unifying the Student Experience at Boston University
From the moment students apply, Boston University provides a seamless experience for its diverse population. In addition to the above design thinking solution, we also supported their internal IT teams to integrate the solution with their current student information system, providing crucial data points to render a personalized experience.
Leveraging a measured, two-phase approach in rolling out its new student information system, Boston University helps ensure adoption and a positive student experience. Phase one introduces students to the essentials of the system and gradually adds enhanced features to make it easier to find information and navigate student needs. Phase two focuses on engaging students and providing real-time access to schedules, messaging, to-dos, and IAM profile attributes.
Bridging the Future of Advancement at Colorado State
Colorado State University discovered it could draw in more fundraising dollars with a robust, modernized system capable of detailed data capture and comprehensive collaboration. They sought an immersive, intuitive, and attractive platform to amplify fundraising efforts.
Attain Partners and UC Innovation used ascend with Salesforce to build pipeline, achieve comprehensive collaboration, and fundraise. Using the smart, insightful, and predictive tools in ascend (native in Salesforce), they’re able to identify the “right” prospects to guide fundraising efforts. CRM analytics, dashboards, workflows, and automations are helping the team reimagine the user ecosystem and lay miles of runway for future evolution.

Evolving Executive Education for Tomorrow’s Leaders at UVA Darden
UVA Darden is unleashing new leadership by elevating its Executive Education & Lifelong Learning program using Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud. Through custom courses, group enrollment, nontraditional education, and specially designed team courses that can be taught onsite, the program is opening doors to attract new, growth-minded leaders while increasing the School’s revenue.
Attain Partners helped UVA Darden create this end-to-end solution, fully integrated with a self-service student experience site, enabling it to attract new students and increase revenue.
