CRM Solutions for SBDCs
Attain Partners was thrilled to attend the 2022 America’s SBDC Conference in San Diego, CA, to speak with chapters from around the country about Attain Partners’ Small Business Development Centers (SBDC) Salesforce accelerator and our work with the Michigan SBDC.
Jason Cook and Esteban Silva had the opportunity to have engaging discussions with attendees—many of whom expressed a desire for their organizations to explore switching to a better Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution than what they’re currently using.
Josh Billington and the team from Michigan SBDC led a breakout session in which they discussed their journey migrating off their prior CRM and onto Salesforce. Throughout the interactive session, they fielded many questions from their counterparts who were considering a similar path.
Trends suggest that in today’s rapidly evolving market, basic CRM solutions just don’t meet the changing and dynamic needs of the SBDC network.
