Training for a Workday Implementation

We’re currently supporting a consortium of small universities on the East coast known for their business, sciences, education, law, and health professions programs to implement Workday as their new, modern SaaS (Software as a Service) to manage their human resources and finance processes more efficiently. The institution recognized that implementing and deploying Workday is a huge change for employees and students. To smoothly manage this transition, the university invested in full-scale change management services, including training, readiness surveys, a change ambassador network, change impacts inventory, Workday previews, and communications. We have also created job aids and videos with step-by-step instructions to ensure their stakeholders are well-trained and ready to use the system.
