Managed Services for CRM: Your ‘One-Stop Shop’ for Deep Salesforce Expertise
Salesforce is a leading cloud-based software provider for organizations looking to manage their relationships with their existing and prospective constituents, maintain and leverage data to help achieve goals, and streamline processes across the organization. With all that Salesforce has to offer, how can institutions ensure that they are maximizing their investment in this solution for their current and future needs? Managed Services for CRM (previously AttainPlus) is your ‘one-stop shop’ for deep Salesforce expertise. We will help your organization fully realize its vision of utilizing the Salesforce platform and keep you growing (at low costs)!
Attain Partners has had great success in supporting our clients with their Salesforce instances through Managed Services for CRM. For the Johns Hopkins University – Carey Business School Executive Education Program, we identified new features and functionalities maximizing their data insights and reporting capabilities. Additionally, we have bridged gaps in our clients’ workforces, such as Music Will (formerly Little Kids Rock), who enlisted us to maintain their Salesforce system when the nonprofit found itself without an in-house administrator. The possibilities of how Managed Services for CRM can be a valued asset to your organization are endless.

Leveraging Managed Services for CRM to Support the Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco
Upon implementing their Salesforce system, the Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco (FAMSF) did not have an experienced Salesforce administrator. Several implementations, data transfers from disparate systems, and challenging third-party integrations created complexities in their system and ultimately resulted in the team’s lack of trust and confidence in the data it provided. Unreliable data put the FAMSF team at a disadvantage, with neither a clear picture of their audience nor of the relationships with their constituents.
To rectify this issue, FAMSF enlisted the strategic support and guidance of Attain Partners to help them understand and manage their system, so they could focus on advancing their mission to connect visitors with local and global art in order to promote knowledge and curiosity about the past, present, and future.
An Attain Partners expert began supporting the FAMSF team, building trust with the client from day one and assimilating to the team’s pre-established process for internal IT support on Asana—taking on tickets as new questions or problems arose. The FAMSF team and Managed Services for CRM experts would reference the tickets to guide weekly meetings, requiring their collaboration to prioritize, address, and work through the different action items.
The goal for this project was to restore confidence in the data, and its reporting insights, of their Salesforce system. Without reliable data, FAMSF wasn’t able to fully utilize and optimize the investment they’ve made into this system. To solve this issue, the Managed Services for CRM team worked to analyze every field on their accounts, contacts, and organizations, explore the impact of those fields and how often they’re used, and ultimately perform a page layout cleanup. We cleaned up the Salesforce data enabling the FAMSF team to develop trust in their system and allowing them to serve and connect with their constituents with confidence.
